OIL and gas companies representing 60% of global production are becoming more open about combatting corruption, watchdog Transparency International has said. In its '2011 report on oil and gas companies' survey only eight out of 44 companies refused to say anything about their anti-corruption programmes - in a 2008 survey, 21 out of 42 companies said nothing.
