EIB PLANS LOAN TO UPGRADE MILAN AIRPORT

THE EUROPEAN Investment Bank (EIB) is planning to lend Euro 120 million to Società Esercizi Aeroportuali (SEA) to help upgrade Malpensa international airport in Milan, Italy. The money will go to improve passenger services and increase cargo handling capacity. The loan would cover around half of the total cost of the project, estimated at more than Euro 240 million.
