*The Oncomouse was genetically modified at Harvard University to develop cancer for medical experiments;
*The GloFish was modified fish (initially Zebrafish) to be sold in green, fluorescent and other colours.
*Sudden death mosquitos - programmed to die early after being born, the idea is they die before passing on malaria or dengue fever.
