IT goes without saying that when a country falls apart through years of bloody civil war, the purchase of luxury clothing is not going to be a priority. But peace usually brings a strong desire to put aside painful memories and this can bring a yearning for luxury. Such is the case of the consumers of the former-Yugoslavia countries. All they have to do now is earn enough money to pay for it!
