In Croatia, an ultimate beneficial owners register has been established, operated by the Croatian Financial Agency (FINA - Financijska Agencija). Persons demonstrating a legitimate interest in data will be able to obtain limited BO information, including companies and persons undertaking legally required due diligence. Law enforcement and regulatory authorities will have direct access to all data.
