BY KEITH NUTHALLTHE PAKISTANI government has launched formal disputes proceedings at the World Trade Organisation (WTO) over claims that Egypt is breaking global commerce rules by imposing anti-dumping duties on Pakistan match exports. Egypt introduced the tariffs because it says cut-priced Pakistani matches are unfairly eating into the domestic market share of Egyptian match producers.
