THE FINANCIAL Action Task Force (FATF) has released a list of priority policies and actions to improve beneficial ownership controls worldwide. In a report to G20 finance ministers and central bank governors that highlighted a range of ongoing ML concerns – including virtual currencies - FATF highlighted a range of vulnerabilities regarding beneficial ownership and how to fix them.
