TO improve air quality, the City of Los Angeles has unveiled a new power plant that runs on fuel-cell technology. It is estimated that the plant, built by FuelCell Energy, Inc and which sends electricity to the City's power grid, will reduce annual LA carbon dioxide emissions by 1.2 million pounds.
